Our shipping policy ensures that all items are processed and shipped with care and discretion. Orders are typically shipped within 5-10 business days after the custom completion, while pre-orders will be shipped according to the timeline provided at the time of pre-order. Returns are accepted when items meet the following criteria: they must be in the same condition as when you received them—unworn or unused, with tags still attached and in their original packaging. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment with proof of purchase.
