All products are delivered in plain, discrete packaging for your privacy. Please note, we are not responsible for lost or misplaced packages caused by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or misplaced, you will need to contact the carrier directly for assistance. Additionally, we are not liable for any damage to products caused by the carrier. If your product arrives in a damaged box and there is damage to the product itself, please reach out to the carrier to resolve the issue.
